Am I eligible for help?
We can help businesses in most sectors providing they are not sole traders
and have not been previously insolvent. The attitude of the management
team and the availability of resources to help us solve problems quickly
are important.
You must be able to show us that your business, despite being in difficulty,
has genuine commercial potential and will eventually grow.
The solutions we put in place are designed to be sustainable and enable
you to grow and become successful after we have addressed the crisis.
Retail and property businesses are usually not eligible for MSIF finance.
At what stage should I contact the Turnaround Team?
Many business owners with cash flow problems are affected emotionally
and because of a mixture of fear, exhaustion and anxiety leave things
too late and then have no option but to wind up.
If your business is facing serious problems, the earlier we are contacted
the better. If you are in any doubt at all call the hotline immediately.
How much does it cost?
All partners in the programme will provide businesses with either a
half or a full day's consultancy at no charge if necessary. At this
stage a diagnostic will be undertaken evaluating the nature of the problems
faced by the company, the type of support required and the overall chances
of the business surviving. Sometimes, advice alone given early stage
is enough to prevent a business from failing.
If it is apparent however, that the business urgently requires further
specialist help, and needs to be formally admitted to the Programme,
the terms will be agreed between the business and the relevant Turnaround
Programme partner.
All partners will work on a fixed fee basis and costs and terms are
agreed mutually in advance.
