MERSEYSIDE SPECIAL INVESTMENT FUND

MSIF has an £80million fund to provide SMEs with loan and equity finance from £3,000-£3million. In its first five years MSIF invested £32million in over 500 businesses.

Over the next five years a further 1000 are expected to benefit. The team is experienced in handling rescue situations and will work quickly and strategically to support businesses in distress, provided there is evidence that they have strong commercial potential.

MSIF has a pragmatic, proactive approach and will put together flexible packages tailored to meet the needs of the business.
